Invited private beta
Privacy & Support
This page applies to the Lo-Cal Cal private TestFlight beta. It is provided for invited testers and Apple review.
Privacy policy
Information on your device
The beta may store information you enter or create, including meals, goals, hydration entries, recipes, plans, preferences, and drafts. This information is used to provide app features on your device and remains there until you delete it, reset the related feature, or remove the app.
Permissions and Apple data
Camera, photos, microphone, Apple Health, Calendar, or Reminders are accessed only after you choose a related feature and grant permission. Apple Health access in this beta is read-only. Full Health samples are not included in app exports, support reports, or logs.
Optional AI providers
The core beta does not require an AI provider account or API key. If you deliberately connect an optional provider, the app waits for your explicit action before sending the content selected for that request. Provider credentials are stored locally in Apple Keychain and are not included in exports, support reports, or logs. Information sent to a provider is also governed by that provider’s terms.
Analytics and advertising
The beta does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. Apple may process TestFlight diagnostics, crash information, and tester feedback under Apple’s own terms.
Feedback and support
Feedback is not sent automatically. If you choose to email support, your message and email address are used to respond and may be retained as needed to resolve the request.
Support
For beta support, privacy questions, or deletion requests, email localfeedback@atomicmail.io.
Do not email passwords, API keys, raw Health data, or private media.
